April 2023: A month in 30 pictures


My beautiful granddaughter is six months old now and I wanted to recreate a photo I took of her brother at the same age. She's actually six and a half months, I haven't been able to take many photos of her but was determined to do this. The blocks were set up to say 6 months but you know the saying...never work with children and animals! ;)
She's such a happy little soul.
Photo of her brother in comments. He is staying with us for a few days so I haven't managed to get much Flickr time in. Back soon to catch up.

April 2023: A month in 30 pictures

We recently had our cloakroom refitted. I'm very pleased with it and in the absence of any other ideas I thought I'd take a photo. We also had our en suite bathroom refitted so if I'm desperate for ideas that could well appear too.

April 2023: A month in 30 pictures

Our grandson has been staying with us for a few days so we've been a little busy and not much time for photography. We had a fun afternoon at a local farm and we arrived home to find this hot air balloon flying above the fields at the end of our road. I came in and grabbed my camera. It's not really my kind of thing. The sky was unusually clear blue. I added a cloud image and a couple of other textures to try to make it a little more interesting.

The next few days are going to be a little busy and with sketchy internet. I will do my best to keep up with posting and commenting but it seems there is always something trying to stop me.
