Another submission for Flickr LUGNuts 55th Build Challenge - 'Rubber Side Down, Shiny Side Up' - the Twin Pipe Cruiser. A generic Motorcycle form, sharing cues with Harley Davidson, Ducati, Moto Guzzi and other classic bikes. The Twin Pipe Cruiser has a longitudinal vee-engine and extravegant chome plated pipes running the length of the chassis. Unfortunately, the length of this particular lego part defined the architecture rather than the other way around, the pipes obviously not meeting at the cylinder heads (without some artistic interpretation).
The other design features on the motorcycle are a long wheelbase (hence Cruiser nomenclature, twin headlights, naked-style fame and a low tail. The motorcycle colour scheme is red paint, black chassis, with a dark grey front wheel, black rear wheel and various grey and chrome trims.
