The Alfa Romeo Spider (Series 916) was the sportscar flagship from the 1990's into the 2000's. Paired with the sister GTV they performed the style-leading sports role in the Alfa Romeo arm of the FIAT empire.

Stylish in a modern, wedgey form, the two were styled by, and later assembled by, Pininfarina, also the chief styling house of Ferrari.
