It's a bit weird this one but got me thinking about how you enter and exit under a bridge. A way in and a way out. Normally, one would not be able to see both the entrance and exit at the same time.
This is an eight shot portaint panorama stitched in Lightroom. The angle of view is about 200 degrees. The river, as well as the path and railing run in a straight line. My back is pressed hard against the rear of the arch.
Shot hand held, manual focus with the Irix 15mm. This is Barming Bridge over the River Medway in Kent.
I hope you like the weirdness!

This swan gave me all the time in the world to record its cleansing ritual. I now know why they have such long necks!

My son is a vegan and eats as much raw food as possible. I love the way he displays his shopping on our oak cabinet. This arrangement begged to be recorded and I needed to act quickly before most of it was eaten!
This is a two shot panorama stitched using Lightroom, a remote flash was used to light the composition.

I've never really bothered taking pictures of swans because I've found it's like photographing in the snow - exposure is a bit tricky! Whilst out the other day, however, I came across this solitary swan on a very quiet stretch of the River Medway in Kent. Sitting on the bank it would approach and gave me all the time in the world to experiment with focus and exposure.
Of the many shots taken that afternoon this is one of the best, but at -2EV I'm sure there's vast room for improvement. So I might try again sometime! I hope you like it!
