Recently, as I was going through some old family photos, I came across this rather worn picture of my great-grandmother Laurette Sophia Reynolds. Obviously I was named after her. As far as I can tell, this picture was taken about 1880, before the family moved to Wisconsin. As I understand it, she was a schoolteacher in Muttontown, Long Island, New York.

I hope to be able to restore this photo.
