A Tufted Titmouse from a setup I did today in the backyard. After getting 8" of snow Friday into early Saturday, Today " Sunday " was a beautiful day here in Northeastern Ohio, with Sunshine all day.
I wanted to take advantage of the nice winter light and did a setup.

To capture this image I stripped several berries off a crab apple tree, The berries were placed in a bowl covering over the peanuts, Currently the birds are feeding heavily on the peanuts!

My hope was the birds would pick the berries out and eat them. turns out they would pick them out and drop them to the ground 90% of the time, However a few times I got lucky and the birds would eat them, especially when the peanuts ran out. so I made sure they ran out often ;) This allowed me after 6 hours to finally get a shot I was happy with.

I have tried this 4 times now, today it finally came together for me
