Strong winds associated with the northeast monsoon affecting the eastern seaboard of Southern Luzon (inc Catanduanes) Philippines in March 2014.
It was high noon (around 1pm) when we passed by here. The roaring waves of the blue-green/emeraldish sea were inviting.
