Wonder if they were texting or just playing. And they were crossing streets with no traffic lights. It's up for the vehicles to stop and go..:) but there is a traffic police at the corner. The streets in this city of Legazpi (Albay, Philippines) is not yet as busy as a metropolis. The stores/malls close at 8pm. The curfew hour starts at 10pm to dawn.

I was at the driver's seat of his tricycle, took it for a shade from the drizzles of rain while taking photos of the stalls in front (market road). The tricycle was on queue and the driver came to place it in front. He looked scary but actually he's not...: he had been kind enough to say its just okey.:) People thought Im from the press though I dont look like one, dont even wear an ID..:)

Struggling to get it sharp handheld for evening shots.
I like shooting candid street portraits... just started and instinctively found ways for subjects not to think I'm photographing them...

Some people are very keen and conscious, but so far, majority seemed to just don't mind.
There are also times that I refrain because of shyness and feeling of guilt intruding a person's privacy. I think its tough and challenging but hopeful to find ways. above all else is to act with respect and honesty.
