A lumberjack (Perisoreus canadensis) aka gray jay, Canada jay, camp robber, the friendly corvid of the northern boreal forests.

I believe this bird is the winning candidate for Canada's national bird, voted by Canadians, chosen by the Royal Canadian Geographic Society. To this, I am pleased! I hope the federal government of Canada adopts this bird, definitely the favorite of those who voted.
