Cresting the Chilkat Pass in the southern Yukon Territory, traveling the Haines Highway southward.

Incredibly, the crest of the Pass is almost bald of snow, where in the past the roadway would have been a deeply cut chasm with snow walls 20 feet or more. Not so for the last 10 years or so, as annually the snow on this windblown summit becomes less and less.

Taken through the closed window of the Kenworth, there is some reflection because of that.
