Il Duomo di Milano è il simbolo della città ed è situato nell'omonima piazza. È una delle chiese più grandi d'Italia, la quarta nel mondo per superficie, la sesta per volume.
La costruzione iniziò nel 1387 e si protrasse per diversi secoli fino al compimento della facciata nel 1813.
