Piazza del Popolo ad Ascoli Piceno è un bell'esempio di piazza rinascimentale. E' circondata su tre lati da palazzetti a portici e sul quarto lato è chiusa dall'imponente fianco della chiesa di S. Francesco (seconda metà del XIII sec.)

Piazza del Popolo in Ascoli Piceno town (Italian region Marche) is a fine example of a Renaissance square. Surrounded by arcaded buildings on three sides, on the fourth side it is closed by the massive structure of the church dedicated to S. Francesco (second half of XIII century)
