This is a beautiful little village that is also home to Grosmont station, part of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. It's a heritage railway line, running steam and diesel locomotives and the station looks straight from the early 1950's. Not far from where my brother lives, we try to have a very quick visit, whatever the weather. Here, it was a particularly fine day.
