This is a black and white detail of the new Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge which opened in 2003.
It carries Interstate 93 and US 1 across The Charles River just north of downtown Boston, Massachusetts.

We saw this at Rockefeller Center in Manhattan, N.Y.
It is on the exterior wall of "The Rock" and is quite large, I'm guessing maybe 10-12 ft. wide and maybe 12-15 ft. above the sidewalk.
