These eight machines have been stored at Cottbus without being used for many years now. However, it does look like some progress with NVR numbers and operator numbers now applied to the locos.
The one at the front is 29011 [92 80 1267 004-0 D-GETUK] with Heavy Haul Power International branding.
As I walked around the perimeter I was able to work out the following numbers:

LEAG 4-1234 sits next to Jänschwalde Power Station (LEAG Lausitz Energie Kraftwerke AG - Kraftwerk), a short walk from Peitz Ost bahnhof.
This private rail system operates on behalf of the Vattenfall, the Swedish power company.
I plan to visit this vast railway system which stretches from here at Jänschwalde (north east of Cottbus) down to Industriepark Schwarze Pumpe and Spreewitz (south east of Cottbus), so it must run for about 40KMs, running alongside the B97 road for much of its route.
