Not quite a Ferrari P4, this is a Foreman Mk.4 supplied in kit form to be built with a variety of engines. Originally developed and produced by NF Auto Development, Staplehurst, Kent developed as a turn key replica by proprietor Neil Foreman. Consisting a tubular space-frame chassis incorporating an integral roll over bar, specially designed double wishbone suspension with adjustable geometry,, manufactured to order with engine and transmission mountings. The company would also build a complete car to customer specification.
In October 2008 Dunlop Systems and Components, Coventry purchased all manufacturing rights.
This example is powered by a 5735cc V8 Chevrolet engine developing 350bhp with a reported top speed of 146mph and the 0-60mph sprint in 4.5 seconds.
The cars owner is a member of Sporting Bears a wonderful organisation offering rides in all sorts of exotica for charitable donations.
