Maui has a tremendous variety of plantlife. I came across this unusual plant in The Garden of Eden on the Hana Road. I am not sure if this, strictly speaking, qualifies as a flowering plant, but I was attracted to it by its color and texture. The photo was taken in March 2010, with an Olympus digital camera.
