scan of a print taken in October 1989; From the Strathspey Railway's website:
"The next oldest engine here at Strathspey Railway, is the Black Five 5025, which was built in 1934 in Newton-le-Willows. This locomotive was one of British Railway's last steam engines, being withdrawn at the very end of steam in 1968. This very engine was involved in one of the first rail accidents directly attributed to the blackout of the second world war."
