I'm still pretty new to using makeup. I did get a makeup lesson from Gina Ortiz who used to run the dressing service 'Transformations By Gina'. I still need more practice, but I think I did pretty good here considering that this was just my second time doing my own makeup. Of course, Gina's videos helped, especially when following along as I do my makeup. Here I am showing off the basic instructional DVD I got from her. I also borrowed this dress from her.

It's such a wonderful feminine feeling to sit down in a beautiful gown and have the long skirt spread out around me.

I really feel like a princess in this pink gown, but it can also make quite a lovely wedding dress as you can see in this photoshopped recolor of the dress.

I love the up-do hairstyle that my friend did for me, but at the end of the evening, I have to let my hair back down. It does feel very sensual to run my hands through it as it flows down.
