Taken at WWT Slimbridge
These are not common in the UK. These Cranes were bred at Slimbridge and released into the wild on the Somerset levels as part of a breeding programme. We were very pleased to see four Cranes turn up at Slimbridge and they appear to be building a nest quite close to the hide.
