This thatched cottage in the village of Welford on Avon in Warwickshire dates from circa 17th century. It is located in a quiet lane next to Ten Penny Cottage and the two are connected via the single storey side extension.
The property is a grade II listed building which gives it legal protection from any major alterations or demolition without prior consent from the local authority – Stratford on Avon Council.
