This is the bell of the Medmar Ferry Maria Buono. The Maria Buono in my opinion is the best ferry sailing in the gulf of Napoli: fast, comfortable, with a lot of car capacity, on the Maria Buono you can be sure you'll always find a place for your car. The Maria Buono was built in Japan by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and launched in 1990 for the Awaji Ferry Boat company. It was very different from now. Then in 1999 it was bought and heavily modified by the greek company Fast Ferries. In 2007 it was bought by Medmar and luckily for us passengers it's still there!!
