Once upon a time there were three bears, Papa Bear, Mamma Bear and Baby Bear. Papa Bear was very big and growly. Mamma Bear was middle-sized and pleasant. And Baby Bear, well, he was small, and sometimes he squeaked! They lived in a pretty little house on the edge of the forest. Papa bear loved to fix things around the house; Mama bear loved to grow flowers in her garden; and, Baby bear loved playing in the yard. They were very happy..................

What a busy morning cracking and eating walnuts in the sunshine.
Walnuts taste great and are a rich source of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and an excellent source of those hard to find omega-3 fatty acids. They also contain iron, selenium, calcium, zinc, vitamin E and some B vitamins. Can't be bad!
Walnut husks can be used to make a durable ink for writing and drawing. It is thought to have been used by artists including Leonardo da Vinci and Rembrandt.
