Last year this was our view as we followed the dry stone wall on Lingmoor Fell. In the center is Side Pike with the Langdale Pikes in the distance. It was a fantastic morning with bits of sunshine mixed with brief but intense showers.
Two days ago we repeated this walk and the weather was nearly identical. We ended up sheltering in the same spot as last year waiting for a heavy rain shower to pass.
