Since I moved to my new home, I've been amazed by these small, leathery and oblong leaves of a southern live oak tree growing in my front yard. Yes, first amazed before I got tired of raking them in order to keep my space clean. I found this cluster by chance, and I thought that Nature simply created perfect art; the only thing I need is to photograph it.

"Scènes de vie" (Eng. Moments In Life) is an emotional diary documenting my life through randomly found objects and flora. Each image is like a photo-thought resulting from a careful observation of the world. It will consists of 52 still life pictures corresponding to 52 weeks of a year.
