I cannot remember the date but it has to be around 1970 when I made a repeat visit to Toton depot hoping to class my fist first ten Peaks (class 44) as I only required D3. Alas it was not to be but I did manage to grab a shot of the first loco in the Ian Alan book D1 'Scafell Pike'.
