There have been 3 newspapers in Athen's history.
This is a printing machine used for small printing jobs by the Athens Times.
The Athens Weekly News & The Athens Bee were printed only for a few years in the late 1800s & early 1900s. The Athens Times was published from 1883 until the early 1970s & contains a wonderful record of the history of our little town.

The Stove was patented August 23, 1892.

The Stove was shipped in the trunk below.
The wood truck covered with leather.
The letters for the company name are made of brass pins.
The Stove & Truck are extremely rare.
