Well. This is a bit different view is it not? LOL In a big hurry to escape the hulking big human I expect. ;) Talk about the worst possible shot ever... can't even see wings as they are tucked in at the moment. The snow has stopped and we have about 8-10 inches total but phase two of this storm is freezing rain... yuck!

I got another chance to catch a photo of a Bluebird. It's so hit and miss of whether I can get close enough for a shot that I am always happy just for any shot at all. I think I hear them laughing as they fly away just out of my camera's reach!

In celebration of the Super Bowl, I was treated to a front row seat of the Great Turkey Parade 2025! They came from the far side of the pond all the way, circling a tree just off screen to the right, around the pond, along the creek and then over the creek and across the open field and up a hill. I counted 21 birds in this parade and I am not positive but they all looked like hens. It could have been an invasion... but no, I prefer a parade! LOL Have a great day everyone, I am preparing for a big snow/ ice storm here tomorrow and Wednesday. Hopefully the power will stay on!
