The little one lane bridge my car is sitting on is just inches above the water and last week during all the flooding rain, was underwater! Now it just looks beautiful and peaceful and I was happy to have some time to soak it in before another car came along.

Yesterday there was a nice gentle rain all day. I tucked a plastic baggie around the camera and went outside to "play"!

Water at the edges of a little fishing lake in Orange county VA. I love this little lake because there usually aren't many people here but there are almost always, ducks and various other fowl and the occasional Osprey. And when the weather is fine you can watch people jumping from airplanes because a small regional airport is not far away.

Sometimes, I get tired of whatever it is I am doing and so I grab the camera and head outdoors. But, just because I need a break doesn't mean there is some sort of marvelous, super light or fantastically interesting things to take pictures of. Still... if you Look... you might see something. This is part of the splash from the pond fountain with some fall colors reflecting all in the bright afternoon sun. Great break!
