While the Princess Baby had her power nap, we rode the back roads. Lots of barns, hay, fences to be seen! :D

When you ride those back roads and country lanes, you do see a Lot of barns and silos! Barns of all different shapes, sizes and condition. It's hard for me Not to grab a photo of them all! :)

One last barn photo. It looked like this one had a meteor fall on it or something. Loved the way the road sign post and the route number post are both leaning. the photo looks a bit blurry. I blame that on the driver. LOL

This was taken on a short back road excursion close to home. That is Old Rag mountain in the background.... easy to see how The Blue Ridge mountains got their name! Loved the copper roofs on this farm house and barn!

I see so many barns in our wanderings, I really should just start a folder just to hold them! This was taken the day we took the Grandbaby out to feed the ducks. Before we arrived at that destination ( a half hour drive away and up over a mountain) she fell asleep so while she was napping we rode some back country roads. A happy day all the way around! :)
