Bill T. was 97, served in WWII in the USAF. This was the start of his burial, with full honors.
When he was 91, he invited me and my wife and 3 others to his place on Flathead Lake, MT. My wife saw him drive 8 hours for a halfway stop, then 10 more the next day. My wife from then on called him SuperBill.
Seems he lived well for at least 96 years. His hearing was shot late in life, and he took a fall, and that put him out.
Like Bill, during the past year, I've know around 15 +/- who passed away. One was 100; none due to COVID.
Rest In Peace SuperBill.
