Buns made of puff yeast dough with apple filling.
Wheat flour / Flour - 600 g
Milk - 300 ml
Yeast (Dry) - 8 g
Sugar - 4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chicken egg - 2 pieces
Butter (Chilled) - 300 g
Dissolve yeast, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour in 100 ml of warm milk. Leave in a warm place.
Add 2 eggs, 3 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and the remaining milk to a bowl. Beat with a whisk.
Sift flour into a large bowl. If making a dough for sweet pastries, add vanillin here to taste.
In the middle we make a depression and pour the egg mixture. We mix.
Then add the yeast mixture, knead the dough. The dough should not be soft, otherwise it will tear when working with it. It must be well kneaded, dusting with flour, so that it is not sticky.
Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a 50 * 30 rectangle.
Divide it mentally into 3 parts.
On the middle part, spread half the chilled butter in small pieces or three on a grater. Cover with cling film and a rolling pin to evenly distribute the butter over the entire middle part of the dough.
Cover with the second part of the dough. Pinch the edges of the dough.
Again we spread the second half of the butter and also use a film and a rolling pin to distribute the butter over the dough.
Cover with the third part of the dough. We pinch the edges.
Sprinkle flour on both sides. Roll out again into a rectangle 50 * 30 cm.
Fold the rolled out dough into a booklet.
Sprinkle with flour and roll for the third time into a rectangle 50 * 30 cm. Fold in a book, then in half. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for storage until the right moment.
After 30 minutes, you can work with the dough. Roll out the dusting with flour. Cut with a cold knife. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 1400 g of dough is obtained.
For filling:
Peel and chop 4-5 apples. Place apples, granulated sugar and butter in a saucepan. Obtain, stirring continuously. Cool and spread over the dough in small portions. Collapse with an envelope. Arrange on a baking sheet, brush with an egg and bake at 100 degrees for 10 minutes.

The domes of the New Jerusalem Monastery surrounded by summer nature with a cloud in the sky.
Russian Palestine is a spatial image of the Holy Land, created near Moscow according to the plan of His Holiness Nikon, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia (1605–1681). Now a significant part of this territory is occupied by the city of Istra (until 1930 - Voskresensk).

Table and chairs in stage light using a smoke generator.
The photo was taken at one of the stands at the * NAMM 2021 exhibition. Moscow. Russia.

Stage lighting is an art, it is impossible to formalize and define a general approach to stage lighting. However, several principles of construction can still be distinguished:
The first principle is that stage lighting does not exist by itself, but is the basis for creating a visual image that should emphasize the action and space taking place on the stage. The light, while remaining static, emphasizes the facial expressions and gestures of soloists, musicians, conductor, beauty and brilliance of instruments, etc. All this together creates a solemn atmosphere that, together with music, creates a mood for the listeners.
Second principle. Stage lighting cannot be monotonous throughout the entire action. The performance of one piece is over, you can give more light to the musicians and highlight the conductor when he turned to face the audience. As in dance and music, lighting must have accents and pauses, dynamics, style and harmony.
Third principle. Clear visibility of what is happening. This raises questions about both the amount of light required to design a particular stage action, and the distribution of light throughout the entire stage space.
Fourth principle. A lighting designer must clearly understand what he is lighting: performers, decorations, a certain element of architecture or scenery on the stage, the space of the stage, the background, etc., when it is necessary to illuminate the subject in time.

The dome of the Epiphany Cathedral on the territory of the monastery - Nilova Pustyn, on Stolobny Island. Tver region. Russia.
From the observation deck of the bell tower there is a beautiful view of the village and Lake Seliger.
The lake is of glacial origin, located in a depression between the moraine ridges remaining from the last Valdai glaciation. The glacial origin of the lake explains its peculiar shape - it is not a single body of water, but a chain of lakes stretching from north to south for 100 km and interconnected by short narrow channels. The Seliger lake system includes 24 stretches and lakes, interconnected by short straits-intercurrents and long straits-rivers.
The coastline of the lake is more than 500 km long and is significantly indented. The shores are low, sandy in places, there are many natural beaches. There are also many steep banks, overgrown with pine and spruce.

Monastery - Nilova Hermitage. Tver region. Russia.
The monastery dates back to 1528, from the moment of the arrival of the Monk Nile on the island of Stolobny, on Lake Seliger.
A few years later, after the presentation of the Monk Nil of Stolobensky, in 1594, a Blessing was given for the opening of the monastery of the Nilov Pustyn.
In the 18-19 centuries, the Nilova Pustyn Monastery was one of the largest cultural centers in Russia, with a huge library, educational institutions, with its own large production of goods and products.
It was in the Nilova desert that Leonty Magnitsky, a mathematician and teacher, studied under whom, later, the Great Lomonosov studied. Nilova Hermitage was visited by many great people, including Emperor Alexander I and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
After the blasphemous looting and partial destruction of the monastery by the Bolsheviks, the buildings were used as a colony for minors, as a prisoner of war camp, as a military hospital, as a camp site. When all the buildings of the monastery fell into disrepair and could no longer be used, without major repairs, by the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR, in 1990, the monastery complex was transferred to the Moscow Patriarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church.
2016 marks the 25th anniversary of the revival of the Nilo-Stolobensky Monastery. Ahead, there are still colossal works to restore the former splendor of the holy monastery. But already now, the Nilo-Stolobenskaya hermitage is the pearl of the Tver diocese. Even in spite of all the destruction that befell from the godless power, this monastery with all this lies before us in all its beauty and grandeur of the genius of architecture, the pious ancestors of the Russian land.
Today, the monastery, thanks to the governor Archimandrite Arkady (Gubanov), is being successfully restored by the brethren and already has its own autonomous production of products, which is in great demand among pilgrims and local residents.
