This large waterfall is within the city limits of Cleveland. This photo was after heavy rain. Unfortunately, my camera lens cap fell into the water and is long gone! The waterfall is also known as Mill Creek Falls.
The man and his daughter at the overlook in the top right give some size perspective. I talked with them later. Apparently, he comes here very often. He talked about how the falls' water level varies. He mentioned once after flooding, there was so much water that it skipped all of the cascading steps and just plunged straight from the top to the bottom!
