I wanted something special to end our first year of 52 weeks and i'm pleased with this ! I've been thinking about the challenge and last night !! i suddenly knew what i wanted to do !!!
Took the photo of Xziva this afternoon, we let her stand on a bench, and also a photo of both my hands . Found this texture and thought it was just made for this shot.
She steps from 2010 into 2011 and i'm helping her .We have helped each other with the shots this year and i hope we get a lot of wonderful shots next year .

This is at the border of the lake, Xziva is not on the ice :) ( i'm careful with her legs ! ). Behind her are some skaters, normaly there are sailboats here :)

For this week i wanted to try Xziva against white. We have some snow and as you can see it just started to snow again here . You can't even see that it is an outside shot, can you ? The sky was grey and i like the all white around her and ...... that you can actually see both of her eyes !!! yeah for me :)

What you can also see is this side of the Great Dane : blowing bubbles over a coming cookie LOL !! Watch out if she starts shaking :)

What i love most of all : her beautiful BIG natural ears, they are so soft and make her look soooo sweet and she is !!!! and i like the little moonshaped openings of her nose :)

The facts : 50mm lens ; Aperture priority ; 1/320 sec ; f5 ; WB auto ( that worked well ) iso 400 ( forgot to set that back at 200 ! ) Exp bias Value + 1.00
