Xziva tried to grab the rope attached to the balloon but she couldn't reach it, 2014 is already fading away :)

For the new members, Xziva is a blue Great Dane and she will be 6 years old next March.
She works as a therapy dog and is a real sweet thing.
Xziva and I are starting our 5th year, hope to get another 52 photo's of my girl.
We live in the Netherlands .

Xziva is our 7th Great Dane and we keep the ones we had close in our hearts.
Xera, Xera,Zenda,Gypsy,Amazing Smokey and Xanttha will never be forgotten.
When our first Dane Xera entered our life, we were her third and her forever family, and with her our love for the Dane was born. It has nothing to do with size but with their character !

Had these feathers laying around, can't remember why I bought them but they came in handy/pawdy today. The days are just so dark with lots of rain so very hard to find enough light for a photoshoot.
For this Xziva could lay down, she just had to stay still, I had to use my tripod since the shutter speed was only 1/15. Light is coming from the right and on the left I placed a reflector to soften the shadows on that side.
I added my own free texture Vic's door 2 to soften the white background.

Wonder if you all know what you're looking at :)
It was fun doing this, me on my tummy under Xziva and A. holding a cookie under her nose.
The background isn't snow, it kind of looks like it I think, but it's a white sheet.
The sun came out for a moment so we had to do it at that moment.
