A huge golf ball sits on the first tee at the newly-opened Alnwick Moor golf course awaiting the arrival of celebrity guests Hagrid and Grawp. The 62,220 yard course is latest addition to the area's amenities.
It has been created to avoid any hints of discrimination against 'big folk' following the opening last week of the children's fantasy playground 'Lilidorei at The Alnwick Garden', the £15.5m creation of the Duchess of Northumberland.
