The 'words' of the robin, rather than me - I had ventured into his territory and he was checking me out.
Whilst I love our feathered friends, I'm not a 'birder', I don't possess a long lens for a start - and if pushed, I would say that quite a number of groups of which I'm a member are now over-populated (ie over 50% of shots in the group) by bird photos - far more than any other type of shot.
'Rant' over - everyone loves a robin!

Went out for a walk with the hope of getting a sunset. Instead I was treated to some spectacular cloud formations and, from time to time, some great light to go with them. In fact there was a tiny rainbow when I took the four (portrait) shots for this panorama. It's on the horizon just to the right of the three trees above the right hand side of the little pond.

A view from the ruins of Freer's Wood Farm nr Chellington, Beds. If you look closely (or click the 'plus') you can see a tiddly rainbow just below the serrated stonework in the middle of the shot.
