The River Aln estuary just downstream of the road bridge into Alnmouth (just out of shot to the right).

Taken on a 'testing the waters' visit to the area back in 2015.
We did know the area fairly well since Liz was born & raised in Tynemouth, about 25 miles down the coast as the seagull flies.
