A great big thank you to Kieron Jones for having me pitch in and help with the preservation of 604, although it might not look like much, to me its a huge honour.
The help is to simply just draw 604 again wearing the Baycar livery as this drawing will be used as a base for the real thing so one day, she will look like this as the bus has already been stripped of paint from the temporary blue/turquoise livery.
This is the later version of the Baycar 7 livery and was very difficult to do at times including the front end with the colour blending. The dragon drawing at the rear was also a challenge but it was a good challenge at the same time.
Final note, I wish Kieron all the best for this project as he was worked extremely well with this for the past few months since buying the vehicle for preservation!
Sadly 604's only public outings was on 12/3/22 when the bus did a circular route from Manchester via Leeds, Harrogate and Skipton, then on 4/9/22 by the time the bus was painted into the recent Baycar livery was attending a public event. The bus eventually got sold on due to issues which seemingly was to do with MOT concerning preserved articulated buses. At the moment, two ex-Cardiff Bus Scania Omnicity bendy buses are known to still survive, one in preservation and the other (now registered A1 FKB) now survives with Sussex Coaches and wears a simple yet very attractive red livery with gold band and also features chrome wheel caps.

During late 2015, EYMS bought a large selection of the demonstrator buses from Volvo and Alexander Dennis along with some dealer stock Wright bodied Volvo B9TLs, all for route X46.
No.795 is probably the best of the bunch for the route as it is quite unique with the tables on the upper deck. So because of the bus' 'snazzy features', the bus wears gold panels instead of EYMS' typical standard cream.
I rode this very bus while it was demonstrating with Transdev in Harrogate as I thought it was a great bus to ride in.
The branding was hard to draw as also the destination took some doing aswell trying to cram the lettering in so I resorted to etching the side and rear numbers myself as the X46 tags were 'tough as nails' too.
YY64 GWX is no stranger to my feed as I did the bus when it was still doing demonstration duties around the UK. The drawing can be seen here... www.flickr.com/photos/73079833@N02/16649677009/in/datepos...
For people who don't know, I do all my work using Microsoft Paint, drawing vehicles.

10 years ago today Stagecoach's 17758, an ALX400 got blown up in a fourth explosion as part of an organised terrorist attack in London as this event took place at Tavistock Square.
A few months later Stagecoach bought a replacement which later went on to become very popular across the UK as the replacement was numbered 19000 and became Stagecoach's first ever Enviro400 in their UK operations as this now 10 year old design is only just still in production after slowly getting replaced by Alexander Dennis' MMC range.
18500 which was the bus' original fleetnumber went through a few transformations as it was new with the blue skirt which was common on Stagecoach's London buses, just when it was renumbered 19000 to fit in with the other Enviro400s in other Stagecoach fleets, the large Spirit of London lettering and the '7 million Londoners' stickers on both sides which I believe 17758 once carried. Later the bus got repainted with its Spirit of London name changed, been made smaller and positioned over the front doors. The bus also had LED destination displays when new although they soon got replaced by traditional rollers.
Later on 19000 went on to look like this with the large Spirit of London lettering returning but with 'remembering 7/7' towards the rear.
Later in 19000's life, it got severely damaged by fire on the top deck by two teenage girls which put the bus' future in doubt, however despite the damage being caused and from what I hear it'd be more cheaper to scrap, the rear end was rebuilt as the reg plate now appears on the lower bumper and the smaller joined up Spirit of London text was now on the bonnet so now its still seen around East London.
Shortly after entering service when new in 2005, Stagecoach's 19000 got modelled by Creative Master Northcord Ltd.
In 2020, 19000 was ultimately withdrawn from service presumably due to age following the rise of low/zero emission buses rapidly becoming regular across the London network However, 19000 is said to have been preserved as its been thought to have been a popular candidate for preservation. Stagecoach's 11377, an Enviro400 MMC (new that year) is deemed as 19000's replacement as that bus is named 'Spirit of London' and also carries identical 'Spirit of London, remembering 7/7' branding on the sides as 19000.
This body length/dual door combination is very rare in London as the next and perhaps only real batch of such Enviro400s came a year later in 2006 and as from then no similar buses were ordered after then once Euro 4 came.
The Enviro400 was launched in 2005 as this bus is what launched the series off. The Enviro400 gradually replaced the ALX400 which was launched in 1999 and was built on the Trident 2 chassis (integral), the Volvo B9TL with sole B7TL at BlueStar and the Scania. Production lasted right up until 2016 as the Enviro400MMC was launched in 2014 as orders for the original Enviro400 still trickled through.
Any unauthorised use any of my drawings used elsewhere will lead to those uploads reported, and not only that it would only get you blocked aswell so please think twice before using elsewhere because I don't like blocking anyone so please respect my work without using elsewhere. This also goes for parts of my work too.
If you have any pics of clear side shots of buses showing exactly where the seats are, please if OK with you to show me the pics although rare interior and rear shots could help too!

S111 FML (2001/10000) Was the prototype built Wright Fusion bodied Volvo B10LA for First Manchester which later became one of 40 of such being built and one of just 15 for First Manchester.
Here's a little 'what-if' if Barbie livery wasn't a thing and the tomato soup livery would live on. Personally I am very pleased with how this turned out, the wheels look really good in particular I think with the shiny paint being used.
I love doing these fictional liveries as it does add speculation about how things would have looked like back in the day had things gone a little bit differently.

In 2009 the X84 route was due to have its first ever high-spec branded buses in the shape of Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B9TLs.
All of the fleet carried specific branding and were joined by a couple of Wright Eclipse Urbans later on in 2009 but they didn't last long there as they were soon spotted elsewhere across Yorkshire.
A few years later, the X84 fleet along with the rest of the Wright Eclipse Geminis were to be repainted from their Barbie colours into the Olympia livery, but 37675 along with 37674 didn't spend long in the new uniform colours as they were soon to be the first heritage liveried buses in Leeds for a long time since Yorkshire Rider era, speaking of Yorkshire Rider, 37674 was the one painted in the much loved green/cream/red colours with 37675 repainted into the West Yorkshire Road Car livery in 2015.
In 2019, both heritage liveried buses were transferred from Hunslet to spend their next chapter at Bramley,
In later years 37674/5 had small updates to the liveries they carried, 37674 received green wheels and revised front end style livery and 37675 in 2021 was given a thorough repaint and was again repainted into WYRCC colours again but with some notable changes, one being the additional cream band just below the upper deck windows, both cream bands were boardered black, the fleetname is in a different font and the front destination display surrounds is standard black with a West Yorkshire fleetname applied above the destination. This type of livery was initially seen on the halfcab Bristol Lodekka. As much as I quite loved the original guise, this was quite the improvement. 37675's first public appearance was at Olive Grove Depot in Sheffield (part of First South Yorkshire) alongside a few other first time public appearances of heritage liveries from First South Yorkshire.
The 42 route links Old Farnley to Oakwood as the route has seen minimal changes as it's old eastern terminus was Fearnville. In the mid-2000s the route had its only branded buses in the shape of Alexander Striders with Overground 'Mauve' branding. Since then its been mainly Wright Eclipse Geminis and StreetDecks working the route to this day since 2006 but interestingly articulated Wright Fusions have been known to have escaped the route 1 to end up on the 42 as I've seen so in person as my high school at the time was near the 42 terminus.
In Autumn 2022, 37675 received guide wheels for the York Road routes as the remaining Volvo B7TL fleet gradually getting withdrawn.
In recent months, 37675 has been affectionately nicknamed 'Clifford' by local enthusiasts and bus drivers after Clifford the Big Red Dog, and as a result was often sporting a plush Clifford toy on the dash panel. The bus also has its own fb group which can be seen here. www.facebook.com/groups/892138766036232
In Autumn 2024, 37675 (a.k.a. Clifford) was transferred back to its origins at Hunslet Park whilst still retaining its guidewheels for use on the Scott Hall Road 7 routes. It was never clear if the bus was on loan or permanent transfer but due to an apparent shortage with one Volvo B9TL having being destroyed by arson whilst making national news, the bus was very much needed to cover plus new double decker electrics mean Bramley are fine with no apparent shortages.
