Saturday night about a dozen of Jodie's girls went out for a meal at Velvet.

After the meal we headed off to the Cockatoo Club. The main bar was packed for a drag act. So much so that it was inevitable that people would rub against each other making their way to the bar. I didn't think the groping was necessary though. It's been such a long time since I had to put up with that, I almost felt nostalgic. Almost.
Fortunately the back bar was far less crowded and even had comfy armchairs! A much more convivial atmosphere, as hopefully you can tell from this picture.
We then went on to New York, New York until the wee small hours. You'll have to take my word for that as the dance floor was so packed that there was no way I could get the camera out of my handbag.
