Biscotti ai pinoli. Some people make them with almond paste so they are chewy like a macaroon I prefer to make them so they a light and dry going well with coffee.

Getting ready for St. Patrick’s Day but with the price of corned beef there may be some menu changes.

I picked up a loaf marked Irish Sofa bread at the local Sprouts, it was awful. It was nice bread but it was nothing like any Irish Soda bread I ever had.
