Built in Spain, this class covers a total of 43. 31 three-car and 12 four-car units. Construction started in 07/2017 and they were to be phased into service from 01/07/2019. This one, consisting of six cars, is seen here about to depart from Bolton, on 19/04/2023, when working the 14:56 Blackpool North - Poulton-le-Fylde - Kirkham & Wesham - Preston - Leyland - Buckshaw Parkway - Chorley - Adlington - Blackrod - Horwich Parkway - Lostock - Bolton - Salford Crescent - Deansgate - Manchester Oxford Road - Manchester Piccadilly - Heald Green - Manchester Airport.
