New in 06/1999, as a standard coach(?), this tidy 'dinky' Setra is seen here circumnavigating Chafariz da Rotunda do Infante, Funchal, Madeira, Portugal, when operating a City Sightseeing tour to Monte which is situated high up a few kilometres to the north-east of Funchal and where the Jardim Botânico da Madeira is situated. It is also near the starting point for the famous Wicker Basket sledges. Monte is known locally as Nossa Senhora do Monte.
Douro Acima also operate bars and restaurants in Portugal. Douro Acima has held the City Sightseeing franchise in Portugal since 2004.

It is working an Avanti West Coast Rail Replacement Service to Glasgow Central. This was due to Carstairs Junction re-modelling work.
