The two contrasting styles are seen here in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Parked up, on the left is, John Rigby Travel, Batley, AIG6242, an EOS 180Z. New to Palmer, Normanton, in 04/1995, registered M635RCP, it is on layover from Rail Replacement duties, whilst passing is preserved MHY765, a Duple bodied Leyland Comet ECPO/1R, new to Orient, Bristol, in 04/1950, and that is seen heading for the Sportsmans Inn, and Ski Slope, Greetland, Halifax, having just left Piece Hall, Halifax, when operating on a heritage journey for 'The Heart of the Pennines Nocturnal Rally & Running Day' on a cold and damp 27/10/2013.
