Luton & District was formed on 01/01/1986 from part of United Counties Omnibus Co. It was privatised in an Employee Buy-out on 21/08/1987. This Transit, bought at the beginning of the minibus era, was new to United Counties(23) in 08/1985 registered B23HRP and is seen here passing Luton Arndale Centre operating a Luton local in late July 1989.
The camera was a Praktica MTL3.
