Now under the care of the Barrow Transport Group, this semi-open-top converted B10M was new to Stagecoach Manchester(928), in 09/1997. Later becoming 20928 in the Stagecoach national fleetnumbering scheme, it worked its way to Quantock Motor Services, Bishops Lydeard, and was converted by them during 2013. The livery is very similar to the livery it carried at Quantock but with more red on the lower 'skirt' level and also similar to the now preserved Stagecoach 'White Lady' Dennis Trident. This smart B10M is seen here at Glyndyfrdwy Station, Wales, during the Llangollen Railway Classic Transport Weekend, on 07/07/2024. New to Smiths Shearings, Wigan, in 02/1989, registered F741 ENE this tidy B10M is seen here on display at Rowsley South Station during the Nottingham Heritage Vehicles Charity Rally & Running Day at Peak Rail's H.Q., on 16/06/2024. It was given its current registration 12/1993 and passed to Pamray, Littleport, Cambridgeshire, in 05/1996. In 08/2012, it then moved to Peelings Coaches, Tittleshall, Norfolk, passing into preservation in 08/2019 and is now with the Happisburgh Touring Society, Norfolk, retaining its Peelings Coaches livery, minus fleetnames. The blue stripes on the side are a hint to Smiths Shearings in the style, not livery. © Peter Steel 2024.
