Nearest the camera is 2599, BXI2599, a Bristol RELL6G, new in 05/1983. Second in line is 111, TBZ8399, a Leyland Leopard PSU3E/4R. This was new in 06/1978 registered ROI111 and fitted with 49 'DP' seats when new. It was later cut down in length and converted to an engineers bus and is now preserved as such. On the far end is 285, MFZ9840, a Leyland Leopard PSU3G/4R. New in 09/1982 and previously registered AXI 285. With thanks to the owner Leopard285 who replied to a previous photo on this stream, these were known as 'Specials', being one of forty originally intended for National Bus Company. All three carry Alexander(Belfast) bodywork and are seen here at the POPS Rally & Running Day, Gladstone Pottery Museum, Stoke-on-Trent, on 24/09/2017. © Peter Steel 2017.
