Once with the Royal Bank of Scotland, this Foden 3300 with Jimmie Cairnie name in the 'lightbox' and named 'Lady Margaret', is seen here at Grand Prix Coaches, Brough, Cumbria, when on display on the second day of the Cumbria Easter Rally on 31/03/2024. Apparently it has Foden's lowest power output. © Peter Steel 2024.

New to R. Bullock, Cheadle, Cheshire, in 04/1948, this immaculate Foden has been fitted out as a mobile home. Very nice indeed. It is seen here at Glyndyfrdwy Station, Wales, when on display at the Llangollen Railway Classic Transport Weekend, on 02/07/2023. © Peter Steel 2023.

New to WYPTE, in 03/1977, this rare machine is one of only six built in collaboration with the then Wigan based coachbuilder, Northern Counties. A seventh was built for South Yorkshire PTE, but with East Lancs coachwork. Latterly with Aintree Coachline, the owner also has preserved the solitary West Midlands PTE example, ROC300R. Now smartly restored, it is seen here on display at Kirkby Industrial Estate, Liverpool, during the North West Vehicle Restoration Trust's Rally & Running Day on 04/06/2023. © Peter Steel 2023.

First registered in 05/2001, this 11ltr. powered Foden is seen here on West Strand, Whitehaven, during the Workington Transport Heritage Trust's 'Leyland National 51' event on 29/04/2023. This event was to commemorate fifty-one years since the entry into service of the first National to be constructed at the Lillyhall plant that is situated near Workington, and it was organised due to the success of the 'Leyland National 50' event.

Foden became a division of Paccar in 1980 and from 1998 all Fodens were fitted with rebadged DAF cabs. © Peter Steel 2023.

Nicely restored in the livery of R. Oliver(Plant Hire), Bishop Auckland, this smart raucous sounding Foden lost its original Motor Panels cab in favour of a Foden S10 cab when owned by James Crow Amusements, Northallerton. The current owner then sourced another MP cab to ensure this one was put back into as original a condition as possible. It was first registered in 05/1972 and is seen here making light work of the A685 Wiseber Brow, approaching Kirkby Stephen(West) Station, on 09/04/2023, during the second day of the Cumbria Easter Rally. It may have been heading for the Fat Lamb Country Inn, Crossbank, Ravenstonedale, where there was a classic car display. © Peter Steel 2023.
