New to Stagecoach(North West) in 06/2016, this Enviro 400MMC is one of twelve delivered to Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancs., originally for 'The Lakes Connection', Service 555 Lancaster - Keswick, nine at Kendal and three for Morecambe. These are basically 'Gold Standard' vehicles with leather seats, USB, and originally had free Wi-Fi although the latter aspect has since been removed. On the receipt of nine new SmartHybrid Enviro 400MMC's at Kendal, seven of these, 10552-8, '16' plate examples now operate out of Barrow-in-Furness. Having received the 'local' livery in 06/2023, this one is seen here on Abbey Road, Barrow-in-Furness, on a dismal 07/09/2024. It is operating a slightly late running Service 6 13:36 Ulverston Croftlands, the former Lancastrian Hotel - Ulverston Victoria Road - Swathmoor Red Lion - Lindal-in-Furness, The former Anchor Hotel - Dalton-in-Furness, Tudor Square - Dalton-in-Furness, Newton Inn - Hawcoat, Furness General Hospital - Abbey Road, Strawberry Hotel - Barrow-in-Furness Town Hall. © Peter Steel 2024.

This one had received its 'local' livery around seven weeks prior to when this photo was taken and it is seen here departing from Ramsden Square, Barrow-in-Furness, on 09/07/2024. It is operating Service X6 14:10 Barrow-in-Furness Town Hall - Abbey Road, Strawberry Hotel - Dalton-in-Furness, Newton Inn - Dalton-in-Furness, Tudor Square - Lindal-in-Furness - Swarthmoor Rufus Lane - Ulverston Victoria Road - Haverthwaite Railway Crossroads - Newby Bridge, Swan Hotel - High Newton, Crossroads - Lindale Lingarth - Grange-over-Sands Railway Station - Lindale The Coppice - Witherslack Longhowe End - Brettargh Holt, Heaves Hotel - Kendal Lumley Road - Kendal College - Kendal Bus Station, Blackhall Road. A journey time of about 1hr. 36mins. This bus had received local livery back in 10/2023 so quite why it took me so long to get a photo of it in this livery, God knows! New to Stagecoach Manchester(Greater Manchester South), in 08/2016, this Enviro 400MMC is seen here on A6 Piccadilly, at Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station, on 19/06/2024. Then based at Stockport, it is operating Service 192 15:28 Manchester Piccadilly - Brunswick Apollo Theatre - Longsight Slade Lane - Heaton Chapel Crossley Road - Stockport Mersey Square - Stockport Wellington Road South. This was prior to Tranche 3 of Bee Network which started on 05/01/2024. This service is still operated by Stagecoach Manchester from the Stockport depot, under Bee Network. This Enviro 400MMC has remained with Stagecoach Bus and has moved to the Chichester depot of Stagecoach South. © Peter Steel 2024.

This smart Enviro 400MMC was new to Stagecoach Manchester(Greater Manchester South), in 03/2024. Then based at Hyde Road, it is operating then non-Bee Network Service 201 15:28 Manchester Piccadilly - Ardwick Hyde Road Bus Depot - Belle Vue - Denton Crown Point - Hyde Bus Station - Godley Station - Hattersley John Kennedy Road. A journey time of 1hr. 19 mins. This was prior to Tranche 3 of Bee Network which started on 05/01/2024. This service is now operated by Comfort DelGro Metroline Manchester from the former Stagecoach Manchester Hyde Road depot, under Bee Network, whereas this Enviro 400MMC has remained with Stagecoach Manchester, for Bee Network, and now operates out of the former First Manchester, and then Go North West depot at Queens Road, Cheetham.
