The Stationary Power House is located at the side of the Matthew Kirtley Building at the Swanwick Junction Museum Complex, Ripley, Derbyshire. It houses a large collection of machines from agriculture and industry, some of which have been restored to working condition. On peak days, one or more of these machines can be seen in operation. This attraction is operated by an independent organisation and the Midland Railway – Butterley cannot guarantee its opening days and times.
